SOMOV is a documentary talk show featuring interesting conversations with interesting people or more appropriately, interesting people trying to have a interesting conversation with host and producer David Jeffrey Buchanan because, quite frankly, he talks too much! Quickly becoming acclaimed as one of Canada's worst interviewers, he often is more concerned with his own comments and questions than what his guests actually have to say.

Since premiering August 28th, 2006, 70 episodes have been produced to date with feature documentaries representing approximately 50 hours of original material focusing on more than 100 guests from the Edmonton arts and culture scene as well as other Canadian artists from across the country.
